Synopsis
The network of freight railroads that connects Mexico's southern and northern borders and is used by migrants trying to reach the United States is known as ‘La Bestia’ (The Beast).
Every day one of the 500,000 migrants who cross Mexico on the back of La Bestia are assaulted, raped, mutilated and killed.
The perfect victims, the criminals that no one pursues, the complicit authorities, the Mexico that few know.
